Together the class will explore a range of different aspects of Māori culture, learning about history in Aotearoa, before, during and after the signing of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. This class aims to be driven by learners' interests, exploring Māori art forms, tikanga (customs), different iwi, and celebrations (Waitangi Day, Matariki). Participants will also build a collection of te reo māori words through waiata, karakia and stories.

• Participants generally sit and contribute by sharing their ideas and help decide aesthetic/audio related decisions. Editing processes are explained on a large screen so participants can get an insight of how movies are edited, such as the process of greenscreens and seamless cuts.

• How to tell if something is a scam.
• What to do when you receive suspicious messages or are being cyberbullied.
• Basic functions like taking screenshots, how to change your settings etc.
