Exploring how to manage and improve personal wellbeing in everyday life, with topics including confidence, self-care, assertiveness and self-management in practical ways.

You will learn:

• To understand personal wellbeing and how everyday choices affect confidence, mental health, and overall self-care.
• To develop practical self-management skills, including strategies for managing stress, emotions, and daily challenges.
• To build assertiveness and confidence, enabling effective communication, healthy boundaries, and positive self-esteem.
