What to Expect

Dive into a mixed-media journalling journey where writing, collage, watercolor, and mandala-inspired art combine. Each session invites you to explore self-expression through playful prompts, creative exercises, and supportive group sharing.

What to Bring

  • Optional: your favourite pens, brushes, or collage materials

  • All other art supplies and equipment are provided

  • Circle & Mandala Designs: Use round shapes to help you focus and make your page feel balanced.
