Vision & Mission

What guides everything SkillWise does

VISION

Crew at the ready

SkillWise stays in the background, ready to help when it's needed. Kind of like Coastguard.

People living the life they want

A community where everyone sails their own course, side by side, and support sits quietly in the background.

Captains of their own ships

People are in control of the anchors, and decide where to go, and when.

Just people

The hearts show that underneath it all, we're just people, and everyone needs a hand sometimes.

Our Mission

To work in partnership with people, their families and whānau to assist in creating a life where people are valued as fully participating citizens through work, education and having fun!

We strive to help people to integrate and participate in their communities in ways that enhance their quality of life so they can live the life they want.
