What to Expect

Teeball is a fun and active game like baseball, but easier to learn. You will play as part of a team, learning how to hit the ball, catch, and run the bases. It’s a great way to get moving, make friends, and enjoy playing outside.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to hit the ball off a tee (a small stand)

  • Practice catching and throwing the ball

  • Run between bases safely and quickly

  • Play simple games and practise teamwork

  • Have fun being active with others

You will get stronger and fitter while learning new skills. Playing as a team helps you make friends and work together. You’ll build confidence in playing sports and enjoy being part of a group. Teeball is a safe, friendly way to try a new sport and have lots of fun.
