About This Class
Build stronger, healthier relationships through fun group activities. You’ll explore how to communicate clearly, understand others better, and handle conflicts calmly. Together, you’ll create guidelines to create a safe space and learn to support each other.
What You’ll Do
Join group discussions about good communication and respect
Practice empathy and conflict resolution with role-playing
Help create community rules for a safe and friendly space
Reflect on your personal growth through journaling
Brainstorm ways to strengthen teamwork and support

In this class, you will learn how to speak and listen well, and understand how others are feeling. You will practise handling disagreements in a calm and respectful way. You will also keep track of how you are improving, and work together in a group where people trust and support each other. These skills will help you be a great team member and build strong connections. You will also build on your skills to maintain healthy relationships and friendships, while having the confidence to set clear boundaries.
