About This Class

Learn to understand and manage your emotions better. This class will help you recognize different feelings, set personal boundaries, and express yourself clearly and confidently.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to identify your own emotions and other peoples emotions

  • Setting and communicating personal boundaries

  • Healthy ways to process and express feelings

  • Practicing respectful communication of emotions

  • Build confidence and Learn how to say “no”

  • Understanding how feelings affect your thoughts and actions

  • Developing care and concern for others

  • Simple techniques to calm yourself during stressful moments

Benefits for You

You will learn how to talk about your feelings in a way that others can understand. You will build confidence to say what is okay and not okay for you. This helps you have healthy friendships and relationships. You will also learn how to understand how others are feeling and how to show care and kindness towards them.
